Can use language effectively and flexibly in social, professional or academic life. Can express themselves on complex subjects in a clear and well-structured way and show control over tools of organization, articulation and cohesion of speech.

Note: We offer a minimum of hours that is 60 hours. But this level requires 18 weeks.
